Invasive Plant Mapping & Removal

A total of approximately 26 volunteers were involved with mapping the extent of Japanese stilt grass, Microstegium vimineum.  Significant amounts of stilt grass were pulled -- seventeen bags full.  On a visit two weeks later, most areas we worked on were relatively stilt grass free.
